We keep refunds simple: during the pre-launch phase every reservation deposit is fully refundable, and after launch we stand behind the product. This policy explains exactly what you can expect and how to ask.

- Reservation deposits: 100% refundable, any time before your order ships, no fees.
- After launch: 30-day returns on unopened products.
- Damaged or wrong item: replaced or fully refunded, shipping included.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
1.Reservation deposits (pre-launch)
All founding-cohort reservation deposits are fully refundable at any time before your order is fulfilled — for any reason, with no deduction. There is no deadline: as long as your order has not shipped, the deposit refund is yours on request. Deposits are also refunded automatically in full if we cancel the program, cannot ship to your location, or you do not confirm your order after our fulfillment notice (see the Reservation Terms).
2.How to request a deposit refund
- Email support@mitobites.com (or use the Contact page) with the name and email used for the reservation.
- We confirm the cancellation by email — normally within 2 business days.
- The refund is issued to your original payment method.

If a refund has not appeared after 10 business days, contact us and we will trace it with the payment provider.
4.Orders after launch — 30-day returns
Once MitoBites is on general sale and your order has shipped:

| Opened product, not satisfied | Tell us what went wrong — satisfaction refunds are granted at our discretion, and we err on the side of the customer. |

For product-safety and hygiene reasons we cannot resell returned goods; please do not return opened consumables unless we ask you to.
5.Subscriptions (when available)
If we offer subscriptions after launch, you will be able to pause, skip, or cancel at any time before a renewal is charged, and renewal reminders will be sent in advance. Cancelling stops all future charges.
6.Chargebacks — talk to us first
We resolve every legitimate request, usually faster than a card dispute does. If you open a chargeback, your bank freezes the process and a refund can take weeks longer. One email to us is almost always the quicker route.
7.Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer-protection law, including UAE consumer-protection law and any mandatory rights in your country of residence. Where this policy is more generous than the law, the policy applies; where the law grants more, the law applies.
