These Reservation Terms (the “Terms”) govern reservation deposits placed with MitoBites (“MitoBites”, “we”, “us”) through mitobites.com (the “Site”) during our pre-launch founding-cohort phase. By placing a reservation you agree to these Terms.

1.What a reservation is
A reservation is a refundable deposit that secures your place in the MitoBites founding cohort. It is not a sale of goods, and no product is dispatched at the time of reservation. No contract of sale is formed until you later confirm your order and complete payment for it. MitoBites products are dietary supplements in their final stages of preparation for market; reservations allow us to plan the first production run without selling a product before it is fully registered and released.
2.The deposit
The reservation deposit is AED 50 per reservation (or the equivalent shown at checkout in your currency). It is fully refundable in accordance with Section 6 and our Refund Policy, and it is credited in full toward the price of your first order at fulfillment.

4.Fulfillment timing
Founding-cohort orders are fulfilled once the product is manufactured, registered where required, packaged, and released for sale. Estimated timing is communicated by email and updated as production progresses. Estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed dates. If we anticipate a material delay, we will notify you, and your right to cancel and receive a full refund is unaffected at all times.
5.Completing your order
When your allocation is ready, we will email you to confirm your product selection, shipping address, and the balance due (first-order price minus your deposit). Only after your confirmation and payment does a sale occur. If you do not respond within 30 days of our fulfillment notice (including one reminder), we will treat the reservation as cancelled and refund your deposit in full to the original payment method.
6.Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your reservation at any time before your order ships, for any reason, and receive a 100% refund of your deposit — no questions, no fees. Refunds are processed as described in our Refund Policy. We may cancel reservations (with a full refund) if we are unable to bring the product to market, cannot ship lawfully to your location, or detect fraudulent or abusive activity.
7.Pricing and changes
The founding-cohort price quoted to you will not increase for your first order. If we improve the offer (lower price, larger pack), the better terms apply to you automatically. We may update these Terms during the pre-launch phase; material changes will be emailed to all reservation holders, and if you disagree with a change you may cancel for a full refund.
8.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to place a reservation. MitoBites products are not intended for children, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women, and product-specific usage guidance will be provided on the product label and at order confirmation.
9.Health and regulatory notice
MitoBites products are dietary supplements. Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or the UAE health authorities, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before use if you have a medical condition or take medication. A reservation does not constitute the sale of a product pending registration.
10.Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to a reservation is limited to the amount of your deposit. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under UAE consumer-protection law.
11.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
