1.Reservations
Founding-cohort reservations ship once the product is finished, packaged, and released for sale. Your refundable deposit is credited to your first order; you are notified and confirm the order before any further charge. See the Reservation Terms.
2.Processing time (at launch)
Once we are shipping, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking by email when your order dispatches.
3.Destinations & carriers
We ship within the UAE and, progressively, internationally, via reputable couriers. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout.
4.Duties & taxes
Domestic UAE prices include applicable VAT where required. For international orders, any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping charge.
5.Storage note
MitoBites gum has a shelf life of up to 24 months and is best kept in a cool, dry, climate-controlled place away from direct sunlight.
6.Problems with delivery
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact support@mitobites.com and we will resolve it — see our Refund Policy.
