These Terms govern your use of mitobites.com and any reservation or purchase you make. By using the Site you agree to them.
1.Who we are
The Site is operated by Algorisma – FZCO (IFZA Trade Licence No. 32189), Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE (MitoBites, we, us).
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to place a reservation or order.
3.Reservations and orders
During our pre-launch phase we take refundable reservation deposits, not sales. Reservations are governed by our Reservation Terms, and refunds by our Refund Policy, both incorporated here by reference. We may accept or decline any reservation or order at our discretion.
4.Pricing
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change before general sale. Founding-cohort pricing communicated to reservation holders will be honoured for their first order as described in the Reservation Terms.
5.Product information and health notice
MitoBites products are dietary supplements. Descriptions are provided in good faith; statements have not been evaluated by the FDA or UAE health authorities and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. See our Disclaimer. Consult a physician before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication.
6.Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to breach its security, scrape it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7.Intellectual property
The MitoBites name, logo, content, and designs are our property or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.
8.Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Site or any reservation is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including UAE consumer-protection law.
9.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
